Are you a good communicator who enjoys being the one who solves customers' problems? Are you passionate about providing excellent service, quick and efficient in answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat? Then we at Randstad may have the assignment for you.

In the role of customer support, you will work with incoming inquiries from customers via phone, chat, and email. You are often the customer's first point of contact with the company, which means you are service-oriented and skilled in communication. We are looking for a collaborative person with good communication skills. You are passionate about providing excellent service by being attentive and available to the customer. You are also structured and meticulous and can prioritize and be solution-oriented even when the pace is high. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural instinct for service. You are resilient under pressure and always work towards delivering the best possible results.

Responsibilities

• You will answer and resolve issues via incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
• Provide professional and friendly support to resolve customer inquiries 
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related matters
• Administration and documentation
• Maintain customer relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in service roles such as retail or customer service representative
• Interest in working and communicating with people
• Good computer and system skills
• Proficient in both Swedish and English 
• High school diploma

It is an advantage for this position if you have a driver's license and access to a car.
